Refund Policy

This Refund Policy covers paid Gori Plus subscriptions purchased through the Gori Android app and related storefronts.

No refunds

All Gori Plus purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, prorated credits, or partial refunds for Monthly plans, Yearly plans, or unused time in a billing period.

This also applies if you stop using Gori Plus because of a workout, Build, or training plan: for example, you find a Build too hard, you get hurt or cannot exercise, or you do not get the body results you wanted. Workouts are optional and you choose them yourself. See the Terms of Use.

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not refund charges that already went through for the current period.

Cancel anytime

Cancel from Gori Settings (billing portal) or from your Google Play subscription settings. After you cancel:

• You keep Plus access until the end of the period you already paid for
• Your plan will not renew for the next period
• No further charges will be made unless you subscribe again

Free trials

When a Yearly plan includes a free trial and you are eligible, you can try Gori Plus for the trial length shown at checkout (for example 3 days). Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If the trial converts to a paid subscription, that charge is non-refundable under this policy. Monthly plans that start billing immediately are also non-refundable.

Store purchases

Payments are processed by the platform store (Google Play). Their checkout, tax, and subscription screens control the price you see. If the store provides its own purchase dispute tools, those are between you and the store. Our policy remains: no refunds from Gori; cancel anytime to avoid future renewals.
