Delete your Gori account

What this does

Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Gori account and associated cloud data. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to sign in here.

Gori is the Android calorie tracking app on Google Play (com.jrguazon.gori).

After you send the request, we'll email confirmation within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

On a valid request, we delete:

• Account (email / sign-in identity and authentication tokens)
• Profile fields (nickname, birthday or age, sex used for estimates, height, weight, activity level, goal, optional target weight, and optional health notes)
• Meal and progress data (food logs, photos, voice-derived text, barcode data, macros, daily totals, weigh-ins, streaks, and related history)
• Optional meal location data, if you attached it when logging
• Onboarding preferences and private app state stored with us
• Analytics events tied to the account, where feasible to identify and remove

Important notes

In-app "Delete all my data" wipes cloud app data (meals, weight, goals, and preferences) but does not delete your login account. This page is for full account and data deletion.

Subscriptions. Cancel your Google Play Gori Plus subscription separately (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or from Gori Settings). Deleting your Gori account does not automatically cancel billing or issue a refund. See our Refund Policy.

Limited retention. We may retain limited records when required by law or for legitimate needs such as fraud or abuse prevention and billing records (for example, subscription status metadata). Aggregated analytics that no longer identify you may also remain.

1. Put the email you use to sign in to Gori where it says [your email here]
2. Optionally add a reason where it says [optional]
3. Send the email to complete your request

Or write to [email protected] with subject "Gori account deletion request" and your Gori sign-in email.
